To manage your spending, you can set a weekly spend limit on your account. This can be done by
logging into your account, navigating to the My Account section, and selecting Spend Limits. If

Self-Exclusion
If you wish to take a break from gambling, you can request self-exclusion by contacting our
Customer
Support Team. Here’s how it works:
Self-exclusion lasts for 12 months.
All unplayed eligible tickets are canceled, and deposits are refunded.
Your account must be ID-verified to ensure that any remaining prizes can be withdrawn to your
nominated bank account.
A confirmation email will be sent once self-exclusion is processed.
After the exclusion period ends, you can request a review to reinstate your account by contacting
